This eight-bungalow residential project sees the first use of Osco Home’s pre-fabricated house system. It is created using a series of timber frame panels that are constructed within a prison environment, offering skills and work-based knowledge to inmates to prepare them for employment on release. The scheme sees the introduction of a number of new units in the Mill Street area of Wakefield.
