Client – City of York Council Architect – SP & A Architects Role – Civil & Structural Engineers
The former site comprised a sport hall, community centre, and the care home. The proposal is to extend and refurbish it to make it a multi-storey extra-care assisted living home including more apartments and a sports hall facility. There will also be an extra construction of 4 bungalows. The project is currently in the construction phase and is progressing well.
