Heatherside: engineering for a residential scheme

A beautiful residential scheme with considerable challenges, the engineering for which we've tackled with passion and enthusiasm for a private client. Heatherside will see the introduction of a Grand Design-esque property embedded into the hillside to maximise the fantastic views across the valley. Designed to PassivHaus standards, our engineering solution uses MMC in the form of ICF walls supported off a piled substructure to ensure slope stability potential is mitigated and to enable the fantastic superstructure to be transferred safely to the underlying bedrock.
