Scarborough Station: scaffold structure

Our involvement at Scarborough Station saw the introduction of a major scaffold structure below the existing station roof. It was required to enable emergency access and works to the existing glazed lantern.
Our proactive approach and lateral thinking enabled us to design a fantastic scaffold structure that worked successfully with challenging ground conditions and restricted layout options to avoid obstructing passenger flows while allowing the station to remain fully operational.
