Sleaford Transport Strategy: transport strategy

For this project, we are creating a new, forward-looking, environmentally-conscious, pedestrian-friendly, ‘places for people’ transport strategy for the Lincolnshire market town of Sleaford. We are concentrating on creating a central hub that will provide a safe and happy place for people to congregate and socialise in, as well as to move round in more efficiently on foot, by bike and in their cars. With the introduction of 4,500 new houses a certainty, the existing roads need effective solutions and the town centre needs to encourage residents and visitors to spend enjoyable time there.
