Victoria House: engineering for an apartment block

This major residential project will be a 90-bedroom apartment block in Sutton, South London. We are working on a fairly challenging brownfield area to create a distinctive new building that will wrap around the corner of this important site to complement the massing of the existing area. Using Revit and Robot in the production of our design is enabling the design team and client team better understand the building form to enable coordination and simplify future maintenance regimes.
