Egerton: modular design for a housing scheme

Another great social housing scheme delivered under a D&B contract for our friends at Osco Homes. Our civil and structural engineering advice allowed this complex infill site to be developed; overcoming complex ground conditions, challenging drainage constraints, and restricted levels, we produced a great design for these 12 units.
