R Vint Engineering Limited thrives on developing honest engineering solutions, especially in its structures projects. The team has designed structures in many materials, including steel, concrete, masonry, timber (including glulam), and aluminium.
Structures designed by us cover many market sectors, from large span industrial units to bespoke architectural sculptures. Current and past projects see R Vint Engineering Limited designing structure and civils for large residential developments such as The Channels in Essex, designing extensions to buildings for extra care such as Spout Lane in Washington, and finding solutions for creatively designed architectural structures such as a stunning helical staircase in an office in Deptford and a limestone column sculpture in Glamorgan.
Prior to the founding of R Vint Engineering Ltd., Robert developed structural solutions for both new build and refurbishment projects. These included, but were not limited to, Park Hill, the Grade II* listed refurbishment in the heart of Sheffield – see practice profile page for more details, and CIAC (Community In A Cube), an existing new build mixed use development in Riverside One, Middlehaven.
While with whitbybird, Rob developed buildings of national importance such as Hepworth Gallery, Wakefield and Aylesbury Vale Theatre, Aylesbury.
