We provided engineering solutions for this design and build (D&B) project on this challenging site that saw the demolition of an existing mill building to permit the construction of seven town houses. We introduced timber frame buildings and considerable retaining structures together with a new surface water outfall. This helped to maximise the development potential of this steep sloping site. We provided structural engineering services for the ground and first floor concrete podium, and civil engineering services for drainage including flood risk and prevention.
