As the engineer introduced to rationalise and bring efficiency into this project that had been developed in 2007, R Vint Engineering Limited was able to identify a 25% reduction in steel weights, produce considerable reductions in the substructure design, and introduce a precast concrete solution to two-thirds of the building, which created masses of repetition to reduce programme and cost and to enable enhanced quality on the project.
